Verdict

A summer of excess and moral disinhibition that requires discernment for adolescents and young adults.

In-depth analysis

The film explores the dynamics of a group of young tourist entertainers during a summer in Greece. While the synopsis promises a festive atmosphere, the title 'Animal' suggests an exploration of instincts and lack of control. The central conflict appears to be moral, with the characters facing temptations and decisions that test their values. It is crucial to discern whether the film glorifies libertinism or whether it presents the consequences of a lack of control. The work could offer a reflection on the search for identity and meaning in a context of hedonism and superficiality, but it requires a critical eye to avoid the normalization of risky behaviors.
