Western adventure with humor and action. Requires discernment due to language and humor.
In-depth analysis
Rango is an animated film that parodies classic Westerns. It explores themes of identity, heroism, and corruption, with a protagonist who evolves from a liar to a leader. The film contains cartoonesque violence and moderate language, necessitating parental guidance for young children. While it does not present a marked ideological agenda, its treatment of authority and faith requires discernment. The scatological humor may prove unsuitable for some viewers.
